1. What imformation should I offer to get a perfect quotation?
>If you just want to know the prices by ourexisiong standards, you can just tell us the product nameor Item No and we will provide the quotation in the shortest time.
>If you have specific requirements for the products, we will provide a spec form for you to fill out, you will need to provide detailed information like specifications, materials, packaging, Logo,quantity and so on.
>After knowing what you are in need of, we will be pleased to make a reference quote to meet your needs.
2.How to place an order?
>After you confirmed the quotation, we will issue a Proforma Invoice for you to sign back. You may send it back by Fax or Scanned image by Email.
>Send us the artwork via email or FTP(If needed. FTP account will be providede by email).
>After the artwork confirmed. Please arrange deposit and we will proceed with sample production or mass production as soon as possilbe.
3.What is the MOQ(minimum order quantity) of your products?
>Small order is welcome, and the MOQ differs by items. Normally the MOQ for light bulbs and tube lights is 100pcs per order. And the MOQ for stocked item usually starts from 500pcs.Please understand that the bigger quantity the better price.
4.What are the payment terms and payment methods?
>T/T (Telex Transfer):For bulk orders.
>Western Union/Paypal :For sample orders.
>L/C(Letter of Credit):Due to high handling fee, we only accept LC for order value more than USD 50,000.
5.Can I get sample for free?
>We will charge the sample fee and the delivery fee. However we will credit the sample fee back to you after further cooperation.
6.What are the shipping methods and how long will they take for me to get the goods?
>Express: like FedEx/ DHL / TNT /EMS: Recommended for total weight below 50KGs, takes 3~5 business days.
>Air Cargo: That is Airport to Airport. Best solution. For total weights above 50KGs, normally takes 3~7 business days.
> Sea Cargo: The most inexpensive way of shipping, however it will take about 15~45 days depending on the distance of sea ports.
7. Is OEM/ODM service available?
Yes and usually we need you to provide:
>Detail product specification and accpetance test standard
>Complete product design
>Product sample (Better)
