CGX Commitment:
Merchandise purchased from CGX will enjoy after-sale services – “Three Guarantees” service terms (guaranteed repair, replacement and refund).
(1) Within 30 days after the item is delivered, our company will exchange or refund the product according to your request if there is any quality problems.
(2) A purchase with any defect or fault can be exchanged for a new one of the same model within 30 days after you are in receipt of the item.
(3) If any quality problems occurs in your first year of purchases, then repairs will be performed free of charge.
(4) Should your item be used more than one year, we will provide repair with a low charge. (Usually, only charges for repair cost).
(5) Damage caused by customers such as maloperation, incorrect usage or misapplication, we shall charge customer for the product repair. (Generally, charges the replaced accessories at cost and the service in accordance with the specific condition).
(6) Items with the specific state laws or regulations shall be handled in line with the related laws or regulations.
 
Replacement & Refundment Policy:
Assuming any problems is covered by the Three-Guarantees, please process as follows.
(1) Please first do call us at +86-755-28134868, and state the problems in detail so that our customer service specialist can keep a record of your problems.
(2) Replacement: We shall send the new product passed the quality inspection to you by regular postal parcel within 30 days after we receive your returned product.
(3) Refundment: We shall refund the purchase price within 15 days after the arrival of your returned goods.
(4) Repair: The returned item will be sent to be repaired within one week after it arrives.
(7) The shipping charges for the returned goods are not refundable.
 
Special Notes:
Here are some exceptions to our general after-sale services, and CGX has a right not to provide services in line with Services Commitment. But we will offer you services at your own expense.
(1) Over one year.
(2) Damage caused by improper using.
(3) Damage caused by unauthorized refitment.
(4) Damage due to force majeure.
